Green Deal - Automakers must reduce the CO2 emissions of their fleets.
„In the automotive industry, for example, bonding could save up to 30% of weight, but there is currently no global non-destructive testing technology to validate these bonds.“

Until now...
Detect defects in 0.6 seconds that the eye cannot see, without destroying the component.
Our camera tomography makes it possible – without X-ray radiation.
With our camera tomography, quality managers can detect both external and internal defects such as porosity, delamination, inclusions, kissing bonds, scratches, and cracks.

• Up to 30 mm deep
• Material flexible
• Contactless
• In real-time
• Automated defect detection starting at diameter D = 150 µm

Camera tomography in 3 automation levels
You don't need expensive laser safety measures like safety training or fireproof curtains or housings. All our testing systems are Class 2M laser products and can be operated safely without laser protection glasses.
With every sensor, regardless of the automation level, you will receive software that evaluates defect size, quality class, and quality statistics. You will be able to operate it within 15 minutes.

Mobile System
Mountable on a tripod, this system can be operated by one person and is ready for measurement in less than 10 minutes.

Industries that benefit
What do the Airbus A380 and the BMW i3 have in common? They are manufactured using processes that comply with industrial emission guidelines (IED) and ISO 14001. With our camera tomography, you can inspect 100% in-line, optimize your production process, and sustainably conserve resources and energy.

Inspect various material compositions or inhomogeneous and soft materials
A defect can be the result of material flaws or insufficient process control. With the defect images from our camera tomography, you can address the root causes and deliver products without fear or complaints.

Adhesive bonds
Find closed surfaces that do not bond. Our sensor shows you delaminations such as:

-
Kissing bond
-
Air inclusions
-
Contaminations
-
Nom-activated surfaces
completely and non-destructively -beyond DIN EN ISO 9001 standards.

Polymers / Elastomers
Examine the distribution and stiffness homogeneity of your materials such as:
-
Thermoplastics and thermoset plastics (including reinforced types)
-
Rubber and foams
-
Elastomers
-
Foam materials

Fiber-reinforced composites
Despite the complex structure, our sensor detects:
-
Delaminations
-
Fiber fractures
-
Porosity
This is especially crucial in industries like aerospace and automotive, where long-lasting and safe materials are essential.

Application 01
Manufacturing of Battery Electric Vehicles
In-line adhesion testing
In a battery, insulating and conductive films influence heat and current flow. They must be positioned precisely and applied without bubbles. With our camera tomography, you can detect both visually and non-destructively:

-
Tape presence
-
Positioning
-
Scratches
-
Internal delamination points

Learn in our brochure how the software displays the results.
Application 02
PCB-(Vakuum)Verguss
In-line inspection of air bubbles and adhesion
Control units can be destroyed by voltage spikes caused by hotspots and inhomogeneous thermal expansion. These result from air inclusions within the potting material or poor adhesion between the PCB and the potting compound. In the images from our software, you can identify these defects as red marked areas.

Read in our brochure how much you can save in testing 5,000 parts in a small series.

Book a testing day for your prototype
Have you developed initial prototypes for your product idea and want to evaluate a business case? Send us your samples, or bring them to a testing day.

For each test sample, you will receive a report with:
-
Defect images
-
Number of defects per sample
-
Defect sizes
With this report, you can make data-driven decisions about further development, such as materials, costs, and processes. This gives you a strong argument for your industrialization concept at a top-management meeting.
Send us your request to Lukas Roth at rothl@tenta-vision.de.
The request is non-binding.

We tailor camera tomography to your application, including installation, calibration, and training.
1
Feasibility study
Send us test samples that we can analyze.
2
System design
We design your system and create your test profile.
3
Commissioning
We install your system on the line and train your personnel.
The founding team of TENTA VISION
We believe: If you can dream it, you can build it.
And to help you realize your vision quickly, with quality and eco friendly, we developed our camera tomography. It detects defects in depth that are invisible to the human eye. This depth of vision makes your production process transparent. You are no longer just another person with an opinion but a trusted source with data. And data lays the foundation for the highest quality. We value the connection between depth, transparency, and quality. With these values, we approach our team members, partners, and customers every day. So that our possibilities grow with our vision.
